Once your order is submitted and paid for, cancellation of orders is prohibited, and orders cannot be exchanged for other items or services. All pre-orders are deemed as final sales.
The estimated arrival date of the item is based on our courier's shipping schedule. This is an ESTIMATED date only and is subject to change. Manufacture shipping times and events are beyond our control.
While we can track the package, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date due to potential unforeseen delays. Products from overseas usually take up to 15 days for delivery AFTER the order is approved for mass production.
Customers will be notified via social media updates once the products have arrived and are ready for shipment. High Maintenance Design IS NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Pre-orders are non-transferable and will be shipped directly to the person and address specified in the order. Requests for address or recipient changes will not be entertained to uphold customer privacy and security.
DO NOT place orders of in stock boots or other in stock items with preorders! Otherwise your order will be held until all stock arrives.
